Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to join the Gentleman's® Club and receive discounts and promotions. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://gentlemansproducts.com/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at gentlemansproducts@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us right away after ordering, via gentlemansproducts@gmail.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, you'll receive your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

When will my order arrive?

Orders shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your shipping address. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the US only, but soon we plan to ship to most regions worldwide. Please check back soon if you wish to order Gentleman's® outside of the US. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are determined by the USPS - they depend on the size and weight of the item you’ve ordered, and the ship-to location. You'll see your shipping cost at checkout. 

Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. 

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused. Gentleman's will refund the full price of the product, the Customer is responsible for shipping charges in most cases unless there is a defective or broken product. 

How do I return an item?

Please contact our team via gentlemansproducts@gmail.com. Providing the return is within the 30 days of receiving the product and meets our return criteria, we'll refund the full price of the product. You'll be resonsible for shipping, unless the product is defective or broken. 

Misc

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift certificates are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a digital gift instead for the value of $20, $30, $50, $75 or $100, and let your lucky gentleman choose the products that work best for them.
